Since the Orlando terrorist attack, there has been much debate again over gun control. These twitter users below were just some of many who actually believe banning all guns (which is impossible), is the solution. In other words, repealing the 2nd Amendment.

Bingo! 2nd Amendment was to allow State militias to quell rebellions–as of slaves. Shd've been repealed after 13th. https://t.co/QQMeaMfZPG

As a catholic, I totally disagree with this Jesuit priest on wanting to repeal the 2nd amendment.
This is not Dems' sales pitch but I'm totally down with letting the prez unilaterally ban people (hopefully everyone!) from buying guns

Unlike Dylan Matthews, who works at Vox, I’m not “totally down” with dismantling the U.S. Constitution. If he wants everyone to be banned, is he included the police, FBI, and Secret Service members? Absurd.

Rolling Stones have become nothing but a far-left organization for quite some time now.
The civil liberties implications of buying guns is not a concern to me. I want to abolish the 2nd Amendment. YMMV https://t.co/0lPp4i26Ft

Nobody should have guns. Admit it: we’re incapable of screening who “should” have them. Repeal the second amendment. https://t.co/K90kl44eQL

The only people that should have guns, are the people fighting for our country. Nobody else needs these weapons!

If nobody had a gun nobody would need to protect themselves from guns, honestly the only ppl who should have guns are the military and cops
— JadeⓋ / nsfr (@octaviasclaw) June 12, 2016
civilians should not own guns. civilians do not need guns. there is no reason for anyone to have a gun.

Its impossible to ban all guns, but the fact that these individuals would want such a thing scares me. They ignore the thousands upon thousands of individual cases throughout history when guns have been used to save lives. The fact is guns have been used for good way more than the times they have been used for evil.
Instead of trying to ban an inanimate object, they should realize that evil always has and always will exist. Criminals will never obey gun laws, and the best thing we can do is to have law abiding citizens continue to arm themselves to stop criminals from committing future potential shootings.
