Climate Change = Ferguson Violence?!

Liberals blame and politicize ‘climate change’ on almost everything, including the violence and chaos taking place over the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson. What seemed to be science is now another political tool by the left to push their agendas.

Regarding the violence in Ferguson, Deirdre Smith of 350.org makes her so-called connection with climate change. Within her editorial, she claims the following:

When crisis hits, the underlying racism in our society comes to the surface in very clear ways. Climate change is bringing nothing if not clarity to the persistent and overlapping crises of our time.

However, it isn’t just the violence of Ferguson Smith blames on climate change, but racism as well:

To me, the connection between militarized state violence, racism, and climate change was common-sense and intuitive.

Not just with Ferguson, but the author made a similar claim during Hurricane Katrina, saying minorities were being mistreated and disrespected during the ordeal.

What is even more unbelievable is that it isn’t only Deirdre Smith who really believes this. It is a growing number of liberals who seem to blame climate change on everything. Well, most of us with common sense are smart enough to know the man-made climate change movement isn’t about the environment, but about more government control and money.

This correlation claim between ‘climate change’ and increased violence is completely bogus, and it isn’t the first time the left has made the claim. Numerous ‘scientists’ have made the claim by looking at data from 1950 to 2004. How can anyone prove that warmer weather causes violence? This is nothing more than wishful thinking and attempting to scare uninformed individuals into joining the climate change movement. Not only is racism yet to be proved as the motive behind the shooting, but to think climate has anything to do with it is more ridiculous.
