Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton today at the AIPAC conference went after GOP front-runner Donald Trump on his negotiating skills of sitting down between both Israel and Palestine as a middle of the road broker, even though he’s said he supported Israel more than 100%.
But if you look at formula our past presidents have taken, neither has went to the negotiating table 100% on the side of Israel. In brokering a peace, haven’t the past administrations asked Israel to give up something in good faith to come to an agreement? The only Commander-In-Chief that’s really been on the side of the Palestinians is Barack Obama but we don’t see that happening with Trump.
From Hillary’s speech:
We can’t be neutral when rockets rain down on residential neighborhoods, when civilians are stabbed in the street, when suicide bombers target the innocent. Some things aren’t negotiable. And anyone who doesn’t understand that has no business being our president.
“While the turmoil in the Middle East presents enormous challenge and complexity, walking away is not an option,” Clinton told the conference.
Trump never said he would walk away from any peace talks so I guess Hillary continues her dishonest trait along with the remaining GOP candidates.
Watch her speak below:
Sen. Ted Cruz will also speak on the same issue as a campaign talking point to rip Trump. Will this have a negative impact on Trump’s campaign or will the American people see it for what it is, desperate last minute politicians with no message swinging for the fences?
