Erskine Bowles: Ryan budget is “sensible…honest, serious”
Congressional leaders have continued to say that Obama should have followed Bowles/Simpson plan for budgetary reasons. Well here is Bowles commending Paul Ryan as being smarter than him and knowing what he is talking about.
