During my participation at the Blogger’s Conference in Alexandria, VA by way of the Franklin Center Blogger’s Conference this past weekend, I was privy to a great session by Adam Guillette of Moving Picture Institute. The name of his topic was “How to Find Your Policy Story’s Super Hero.”
During the time Adam was speaking , he probably didn’t realize this or maybe he did, but his delivery on storytelling was immaculate. I am sure he gets this many times over but the reason we lose the message is because we don’t have people like Adam on the front line reaching out to voters, producing a clear thought-provoking summary of the situation and possible solutions with an emotional flare. It seems the Democrats use this tactic each election and it’s about time we started to gain the same type of game plan.

George Soros has poured hundreds of millions of dollars into Hollywood and storytelling to steer the industry to liberal storytelling focusing on emotion. Jeff Skoll, one of the founders of Ebay, created Participant Media (“Snitch”, “Waiting for Superman”) dropping hundreds of millions of dollars to promote ideology thinking through Hollywood and the culture.
Adam’s company, the Moving Picture Institute provides grant support for high-quality, pro-freedom films, at all stages of development, production, and distribution. MPI works with existing projects, in addition to creating its own original content. Here are a couple of movies produced by MPI.
These movies and many more are from our side but they need your help. They can’t do it alone. They need your ideas. They are making it happen on a daily basis at Moving Picture Institute. I was looking over what type of curriculum they have at MPI and it’s a very broad range of needed knowledge to help produce terrific and sound content. Remember, we need to reach the hearts and minds of the Americans we are targeting.
