We have another 13 hours as has been pointed out – if we can reach agreement, if we can have a unanimous consent in the Senate, I think there is still time to act, but of course it’s running out very, very quickly,” Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) said on MSNBC this afternoon.

If Obama is trying to make offers to get an agreement….who is he talking to. He sent Biden to talk to McConnell. He was doing a press conference today with no information on how things were going. Hoyer was lying as the Democrats have been doing from the start!
