I am tired of Democrats Hijacking Civil Rights; Claming Credit for Something they Opposed and Fought against!

This Crook Needs Serious Jailtime!

LET’S GET THE TRUTH OUT NOW AND FOREVER!!! The democrats opposed every civil rights act from 1865 to 1965. MLK was marching against democrats.  ‘Jim Crow’, back of the bus laws were imposed in all southern states by democrats.

The landmark 1964 Civil Rights Act was passed because of republican support. More republican senators voted aye than democrat senators, even though the republicans were the minority party.  J. William Fullbright, Al Gore Sr., and other senate democrat leaders opposed the act. Senator Byrd, D-WV, filibustered against it for 14 hours himself.

King’s march on Washington was sponsored by black republican A. Philip Randolph, a leading civil rights activist. Randolph founded the first black union…the Pullman Workers union.  President John Kennedy and his brother Bobby, the Attorney General, suspected King was a communist. Bobby instructed FBI head J Edgar Hoover to bug King’s phone for that reason.

Then Senator Kennedy and Lyndon B Johnson both voted against the 1957 Civil Rights act before Kennedy took office in in 1960. And remember during Kennedy’s time in office he never signed a Civil Rights Act or Voting Rights Act. All of this is factual.

The democrats have co-opted the civil rights movement and the black vote through propaganda and welfare legislation, such as LBJ’s disastrous War On Poverty.

A Philip Randolph – A staunch republican himself, had held up to his sons as a model of what black men could achieve

I’m sick of Al Sharpton representing any group. He is a con man seeking to profit from any civil rights issue. I’m sick of Al and Jesse Jackson being addressed as reverends. They are not pastors of any church. Jackson’s extra-marital affairs certainly disqualify him from giving any moral advice.  Perhaps Rev. Sharpton will realize that Dr. King was a great man. Not only for blacks but for all he felt were being oppressed. Rev. Sharpton along with others like Jesse Jackson have stirred the racial pot for years. These are the people that the minorities should steer clear of.
