ISIS claims responsibility for Tunisia bombing that killed 15

This still image grab taken off a video posted online on December 18, 2014 by al-Itisaam media foundation, one of the Islamic State (IS) group's media arms, allegedly shows Abou Mouqatel (R) -- an IS militant wanted by Tunisian authorities for murder whose real name is Abou Bakr al-Hakim -- speaking next to fellow militants from an undisclosed location under the jihadiest group's control and claiming the 2013 twin assassinations of Tunisian secular politicians, Chokri Belaid and Mohamed Brahmi. Belaid was killed on February 6 last year, while Brahmi was murdered on July 25, in twin attacks blamed by the authorities on the jihadist Ansar al-Sharia group that had not previously been claimed. I give up; I don’t understand ISIS.

Do they think the rest of the world will just say, “Gee, you just killed a bunch of random people, maybe I will join your religion?”

The Associated Press/CBS News just reported the following:

The body of a suspected suicide bomber was found at the scene of an attack on Tunisia’s presidential guard, and the Islamic State group claimed responsibility Wednesday for the attack that left 13 people dead.

Tuesday’s attack on a bus carrying Tunisia’s presidential guards involved about 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of military explosives, the Interior Ministry said.

Tunisian authorities discovered the body of a 13th person in the bus, believed to be the “terrorist who caused the explosion,” the Interior Ministry said in a statement Wednesday.

I am confused on their end-game, seems totally illogical to me. Well, they have pretty much got the entire world against them now, so whatever their plan is it will not work out the way they think.

I suppose President Barack Obama will say this is another ‘setback’ from the ‘JV’ team. Hey, Obama, your rhetoric is accomplishing nothing, and neither are the bombs you are dropping so ‘carefully’ to avoid innocent deaths.

Thanks in part to the declassification of Defense Intelligence documents, connecting those missing dots seems to have finally revealed what most Middle East observers have suspected all along, that the rise of the terrorist group ISIS and the likelihood of establishing a terror state (a caliphate), had been predicated by both the CIA and DIA, as far back as 2012.

And purposely created by the Obama Administration in part to isolate the Syrian government of President Bashar al-Assad. The documents also predicted that the support given by the West, Turkey and the Persian Gulf Arab states to the Takfiri militants would eventually lead to the establishment of a Salafist Principality in Eastern Syria.

Obama, all we Americans are getting from your ‘war on terror’ are words and a bigger budget deficit.
