GOP front-runner Businessman Donald Trump continues to be supported by a majority of Republican and Republican-leaning voters nationally with 38 percent among in the latest NBC|SurveyMonkey weekly online tracking poll released Tuesday morning.
He’s followed by Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) with 21 percent and Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) with 11 percent. Dr. Ben Carson has 8 percent. No other Republican candidate has more than 4 percent support.
On the Democratic side, Clinton leads Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) by 16 points nationally, 52 to 36 percent. Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley has 1 percent support.
