Police Officer Kills Black Lives Matter Activist Who Broke Into His Home After Argument!

You never break into a home with a wife and children. Arguing is one thing but breaking into an off-duty law enforcement officer, he must have been on drugs. No sympathy here.

Anyone breaking into somebody’s house should expect to be shot at especially if you have been making threats against the occupants of the house. Right to defend oneself and right to protect your property.

I don’t care about whether or not he was in need of meds, that’s beside the point and a weak argument/excuse anyway. I don’t care if he was bipolar. Don’t care if it was a cop’s house. Break into my home, threatening my family; there is only one solution: death!

Any man would do whatever to protect his home. Bottom line. There are no limits, protect your home first and foremost.

From NY Daily News:

An off-duty St. Louis county police officer fatally shot a man he argued with about Black Lives Matter on Facebook after the suspect broke into the cop’s home, officials said.

Police said the alleged home intruder, Tyler Gebhard, smashed a concrete planter through the unidentified officer’s home window after the cop’s wife wouldn’t let him in.

Gebhard’s uncle, Patrick Brogan, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch the officer and his nephew met through a church connection, and had a fallout after arguing on Facebook over Black Lives Matter.

Gebhard, a former football star at Affton High School, was biracial and supported Black Lives Matter’s goals but did not join the protests, the uncle told the newspaper.

Police said Tyler Gebhard grabbed a concrete planter and broke a window at the off-duty officer’s home.
I don’t think the officer had a choice, I honestly don’t,” St. Louis county police chief Jon Belmar said at a press conference on Saturday.

The officer, a three-year veteran with the department, was placed on administrative leave following the shooting.

Belmar called the fatal encounter a “senseless death.”

I’m black, and I don’t protest. Those things don’t solve anything. They just bring out more emotional responses to the problem than solutions to the problem. You want justice, you have to keep fighting the political system and advocating for new laws, not taking to the streets, yelling in cops faces, rioting, and looting and throwing bricks through store windows and setting fires to property. That solves nothing. That protester took it to the next level and lost his life for nothing. Martin Luther King Jr. would have never done it that way.

As I stated before, you break into my house and I have a right to defend myself! I don’t care if you’re white, black, yellow or purple, I will defend myself. Whatever happened beforehand, you can’t just do that so I don’t really fault the officer for defending his home.
