I have to agree with Donald Trump here. If he was citing the article without any libel statements, he should be fine. If the claim is false and printed as such, then apologizes are in order, but nobody, not even from Sen. Ted Cruz’s camp has said the photo wasn’t his father.
I am sure Cruz’s father; Pastor Raphel will claim the photo is not him and things will get back to normal.

@Murica75 come on now Trump did not write it. But his father admitted to being a communist at one time. Personally I don’t care about JFK

@TheGreatFeather Trump never mentioned “JFK”. He said Cruz senior was seen with Oswald few weeks before Oswald was shot. Ted took the bait.

@politico Cruz Sr. is an original anti-Castro Cuban who was in New Orleans during the summer of '63 when Oswald was street agitating.

@politico trump just repeated what the inquirier printed. Didn't actually accuse him of anything

What do you think? Should Trump apologize or is Stephanopoulos asking the wrong person?
