Dr. Ben Carson‘s campaign hit a huge snag today when campaign manager Barry Bennett, communications manager Doug Watts and deputy campaign manager Lisa Cohen resigned their positions today due to the direction of the campaign.
That’s huge news especially only a few weeks away from the Iowa caucuses.
Bennett was interviewed by Time Magazine and vented “frustration” and how he was “boiling over” after a influential campaign manager, Amstrong Williams, set up the interview where Carson said every job was on the table. Bennett voiced how displeased he was that Carson’s campaign was taking that direction, and it was “stupid” to get all staffers worried like that during Christmas week.
