A Chicago man live-streaming on Facebook recorded himself being shot by an unknown assailant who fired 16 rounds.
The attack starts just moments after the man jokes that the owners of the store had to open it up because he needed “somewhere to duck and hide for cover.” You see him look over his shoulder at a noise and then gunshots ring out.
After a brief moment of silence, a man is heard saying he’s going to take the victim to the hospital and a woman begins wailing “No no no no”
According to the Facebook post:
Just after 4:45 p.m., a 31-year-old man was shot in the 5500 block of South Hoyne Avenue. The man suffered multiple gunshot wounds after someone approached him on foot and opened fire.
The victim was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
This was 1 hour ago on 56th and Hoyne…
